When I was in 6th grade a play came to my school to teach me about the 3 R’s - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Since then, I’ve been trying to find little ways I can help Mother Earth. I believe that it is our moral obligation to take care of the planet. We are so lucky to have this place, we should keep it clean. I am always surprised that Christian Conservatives aren’t as green as I think they would be. If God gave us Earth, why wouldn’t you want to keep it as He intended? It would be refreshing if during this political season we see democrats and republicans unite on this one issue.
To help you get started in your new found greeness, I give you treehugger.com. More specifically, their guides to being green. There are many topics covered and some may be more than you can do, but please do something green today!
